IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In addition to our general registration fee, all Spartanlax players must have a current and valid US Lacrosse Membership

US Lacrosse membership provides the umbrella insurance coverage for our participants. Without a US Lacrosse number, you cannot complete the online registration process.  

REFUND POLICY

Spartanlax will refund registration cost, less a processing fee to any player who notifies the club in the following timeline:

• 21 or more days before first practice – 15% 
• 10-20 days before first practice – 25%
• Less than 10 days before first practice – No Refund
